A 'repaint' I did using Instructions for Energon Demolishor I scanned myself from the copy of the instructions that came with the toy.

Next in line for the “Gestalt Project” Constructicons is Long Haul. Pretty obvious which mold I was going to use for this one, as there’s only one dump truck in both Energon and Armada. I was a little worried about this one, because while the tints are all quite a bit off, Energon Demolishor is (somewhat) practically already in Constructicon colors. I was worried that if I put him in TRUE Constructicon colors, he still wouldn’t be that much different from E Demolishor. Boy was I wrong. I still can’t quite believe how different he looks now, in the RIGHT colors. Essentially, 2 of the 3 main colors are exactly the same, only different tints, the gray and the green, but add to that all the other different colors and man, does he manage to look different. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, THIS IS THE COLOR SCHEME ANY AND EVERY TRANSFORMER CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE SHOULD BE! And if not as the “Main” color scheme, at least give us a repaint in these colors! Well, I’m very happy with this one, the only thing I wish is I could have had a bit more green and a bit less black, but there just wasn’t any way to really accomplish that without going crazy with the paint apps. But I was so surprised and impressed at how good this repaint came out (in looking different from E Demolishor) that I’m too happy with it to nit-pick over those types of things, heh.

Right on all accounts, Assey. Incredible reapint, as always. And while I'm all for paint aps, I like how he looks without to much of them. An excellent update of the greatest TF underdog ever. :D

'Cuz the Constructicons kick all kinds of ass and Long Haul's one of them, making him the greatest TF underdog ever because he's never involved in a big building project except to carry away scrap. That's why.

Well, I'm following you on the devestator bit, but if anything, that just makes him far from an underdog, heh. Though, if i remember his bio right, wasn't he smart and wanted to fight, but the other cons just treast him like a brainless carrying drone, heh? I supose that could make him an underdog...
